Abstract Submission

Submission Instructions

All abstracts must be submitted in the following format:

1. 1Title
2. 2Authorship — provide names, initials and affiliation of all authors.
3. 3Abstract — a maximum of 250 words. In the case of describing a Quality Improvement, Innovation, Education initiative or Research study please use the following headings: Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Alternatively use free text, or you can use the following headings: Background, Aim, Results and Implications on practice.
4. 4References — please use Harvard style referencing.

All abstracts will be considered for poster or podium presentation.
