Understanding rudeness, where it might come from and how we might be seen to be rude can allow us to approach conversations with curiosity and compassion. Joe will also explore the key questions around “what to do next” when incivility is observed, considering how concepts like compassionate leadership and psychological safety can support systems to address incivility.
